My question, after reading all of this tax funded drivel, is this...why is our federal government taking over the job of our state social services? It's the job of our state-run social services agencies to promote healthy lifestyles & diseases through the literature that's available in all agency offices. This is duplicating what we already have available. So why are the Feds sticking their expensive noses into something that's none of their business? The purpose of the federal government is outlined in our Preamble to the U.S. Constitution. Promoting the general welfare doesn't mean that the Feds should be creating more bureaucracy. It means that they are to protect & defend our country from foreign powers. Each state is fully equipped to handle whatever the needs are within each state. That's what we pay state taxes for. Now the politicians have found another reason to dip further into our wallets. What the rest of this "executive order" didn't explain (this thing is much longer than the poster posted) is that even though those sitting on this board won't be paid a salary to carry this out, they didn't hesitate to add that a per diem for travel & "other" expenses would be included. Yep, there goes our taxes again. If our government wanted to do something that would really help our nation get back on our feet, they can recall NAFTA & call all our jobs back home. Make it expensive for American companies who've moved to where there's cheaper labor. If our politicians could just stop playing with making new laws & policies that we can't afford, and focus on plugging the leak of companies moving to foreign countries, we'd be able to afford our own health care. There's my 2 cents on the matter. <*)))><

Smells of the Government death panels Obama said he would never create.
Those who allegedly will seek better health for some. Are the same that can
determine who gets the better health. And you can bet your ***. It won't be
some senior. It will be some low life pond scum sucking social program benefits
sucking rat. Who has more illegitimate children then the old woman in the shoe.

We are very close to a revolution in this country. And the HNIC. Head Narcissist In
Charge. Will become a very big focus point.

This is fantastic! Under Section 3(c), once they identify welfare as the biggest contributor to poor health, sedentary lifestyles, child abuse, drug abuse, obesity, getting shot, etc, (all health-related issues) they will "end welfare as we know it". Kinda nice how this comes just at the time when the taxpayers can no longer afford to pay people to be fat, stupid and watch TV all day. Doing more with less! Way to go Obama!

Ratify the Amendment:

Every member of the lower house must defer his/her vote to a panel of "Sub-Congressional Jurists" popularly elected from within that U.S. representative's respective district.

The Constitutional powers entrusted to those elected to each branch of the federal government are - effective immediately - subject to correction by said Sub-Congressional Jurists.

Wait until they tie this in with Obamacare--the Federal Government will *make* you become healthy by following their guidelines telling you what you will (or will not) eat as well as how much exercise to get each week (and what kind to get).

Don't misunderstand me--being healthy, eating a balanced diet, and getting exercise are good things *but* having the Federal Government *enforce* them is a very bad thing.
