Can a 14 year old move in with a 16 year old.?

Hey :) So. Im 14 years old and me and my friend (who is 16) want to move into a small house/flat. We are sorted financially so don't worry about that. But I just want to know if it is legal for us to have our own place? Nothing like that just good friends :) Thanks guys x

If you really feeling strongly about it you'd have to look into laws and regulations where you live. That may not be allowed based on your age. You may need to wait until one of you is at least 18 years old. You may need someone to get your utilities turned on for you because of your age. Alot of companies may not extend services to you because of your age. You have to show a lot of proof of employment and stability of being able to care for yourself.

I don't think you can, because you're 14. Your parents/guardians would have to sign all sorts of legal documents and why the hell would you wanna move out at 14?

You can't legally move out, or rent ANYTHING till you are 18 years old.

Heck no! Both Of Yall Are Beyond To Young. All Your setting Yourself For Is Probelms. & Your Parents Are Okay With This? God!
