Trouble accessing Yahoo Chat.?

I am in a hotel using their wifi with 5 bars signal. I can email fine but when I log on to chat, all I get is loading chat. My girlfriend gets on chat and Messenger just fine. Help.

Sometimes the hotel may block certain sites, even Yahoo. You should ask the front desk about this.
