Sony DSC T-5 Repair:?

I have a Sony DSC T-5 My Swivel on top broke. The piece that allows you to change from Video To Picture mode, to revview mode. Any suggestions on how to replace/repair that part, so it will be east to toggle through the modes? Even an alternative would be helpful.
