Can anyone help me identify these plants that have a big White Bald Head and are about 4-5 foot tall.?

They have shown up in a house that we are working on getting restored and although they are nice and in the rest of the plant areas, I have NO idea what they are or how best to care for them.

Any help will be used to keep them! I think they are "Men in Black Plants" cause I haven't seen anything similar around DFW but then I haven't really looked until these showed up! Thanks

Ok, I added a couple of pics of the "flower" on these, it could be Allium but the pics I have of those don't match the head exactly and the stalks are all on these are all white as well the allium appears to have green stalks?.

They look to me to be a kind of allium, members of the onion family. They all have that round flower head on top of a tall stalk of various sizes.

I googled allium photos and found the link below. Looks like it's similar to your plant.

According to your pictures these are probably Allium fistulosum L. (welsh onion / scallions)...or perhaps escaped yellow onions (Allium cepa). You can determine if your plants are Welsh onions by cutting one of the stalks to see if it is hollow (fistulosum=hollow); you can also dig one up to see if a large bulb is forming. Welsh onions do not produce large bulbs like Allium cepa. The Welsh onion / scallion is an escapee and a potential noxious weed in parts of the U.S. and Canada.
