I lost my social security card and I need to get my temps?

So there's pretty much no hope of finding that. I'm wondering if I can use a nonexpired passport and my birth certificate as proper documentation to get my temps (in Ohio). Would this work or no?

You should be able to use your passport, as long as it is valid. The DMV personel may refuse, but that is their choice.

If you need your S.S. card you will have to request a new card.
