I keep getting: The system cannot find the path specified
I have deleted my sent folder, cleaned my temporary folder, and am now going to throw my computer out the window please somebody help!!!

This usually happens if you're clicking on a file that's on a Flash Drive, CD, or DVD that isn't plugged in at the moment. When you click attach and your documents folder opens, ensure that it says at the top, Documents or My Documents. If it says Recent Documents or My Computer, you may see the file, but referencing a different location from which it was recently accessed.

Designate a folder that you use only for attachments. From the program that your using to make the attachment. Copy it to the Designated folder. That way you know exactly where it will be.
Use you e-mail browser and attach it from the folder and file. That way you always have a backup for anything you sent.
