Yahoo e-mail sent to another company?

I work for a company using Outlook 2007 and Microsoft Exchange. We have a user that periodically receives garbled e-mail messages from an Yahoo e-mail address. If there is an attachment, generally we just see the header in them message body and a whole string of characters where the attachment should be. This does not happen all the time but enough to concern us. Here is a sample:

Update:

Yah its strange. These are legitimate e-mails coming in to our company. Not happening all the time so it just may be something crazy with Yahoo since the mail upgrade..I was able to reproduce from my personal yahoo account one time but when repeating the steps was unable to repeat it again...only appears to be happening to one user here

If you do not know the identity of this yahoo email address SPAM the message so you won't get it again. If you do know who this is just REPLY to the message so the sender knows how his/her message is going out and maybe they can correct the problem on their end. I get these type messages on occasion from those that I know and I have not seen a good explanation as to why they happen. =((
