Given that you will have all the same knowledge as you do now.
In the future you my be thought of as dumb as education standards may have increased.
In the past you may be a genius yet without today's luxuries.
What would you do, who would you meet, why that time?

I would totally desperately to live in England in the 16th century to 18th century.
People at that time take thing more easy and relaxer than in this time (21st century)
Women at that time also don't have to do anything even though society didn't think of them as much. Women still respected by people around them and didn't have to do anything. It is actually a good thing. (I'm a girl >"<)
"In the past you may be a genius yet without today's luxuries." I would want to be a smart nobles without today luxuries than being a rich dumbass since people always respect people with brain than people with money.
fantastic question, something i've often thought about, there's a number of times and places i would like to live, here they are in no particular order:
1: Ancient China, i wish to meet the great Chinese philosophers, Lao Tzu, Confucius, Chuang Tzu ect.
2: 1600-1800 Okinawa so i can meet and train with the founders an greatest masters of traditional Karate.
3: Feudal Japan so i an become a Samurai, well who wouldn't?
4: Prehistoric times.it is my strong belief that rules and organized society destroy peoples lives and make them less worth living. who needs scientific knowledge when you can be at peace and totally dependable on yourself?
it is my deepest concern that the increase in scientific knowledge is going to be the end of the human race and much sooner than we think, things are going to get out of control, i would certainly not want to visit that time.
Personally, I would love to meet the founding fathers of our country.
Other than that, I would love to have witnessed some of the most fantastic and darkest moments of human history.
1. The Renaissance/after the plague 2. The sacking of Rome by the Vandals and Visigoths 3. The ancient Mayan culture and rituals 4. The Fall of Berlin and devastation of the Nazis
A lot of today's music artist's got their inspiration from artists of th 70's. I see the 70's as a time of peace and I think the whole hippie movement is fascinating. Plus, Woodstock 1969 was always something I thought would be worth seeing or reliving.
