Why do people claim Barack Obama calls himself Black to win Black votes, when only 13% of voters are black?

Cause they like to complain. A lot of white people like to whine and point fingers only to forget that some of the ones that are in office are in office due to people voting against the opposition because they were of a minority or girl. A lot of women i know will come out and say, "i don't see me voting for a woman", now thats fine but if you say something race wise people blow up.

And back in the day it was okay the other way around. Obama didnt cheat his way in the whitehouse umm like nixon did. (could you imagine a water gate with a black president?)

He beat them at their own game, often avoiding the race card. But did that stop his oppositions? Nope, they went after his muslim herritage and the fact he had a white mother or something. Claiming this and that.

And should i stop at that or talk about hilarry? Many people voted against her because she was a female. So i guess thats fair, right? But nobody wants to talk about the elephant in the room until the elephant knocks something down that they thought should have stayed up on mantle.

All this race, and sexist stuff was not a problem until a black person became president. Wait till a woman becomes president. You will here the same thing. "she only one because shes a woman and women came to vote". If its anybody but white men getting ahead in the politician world people will complain and thats truth....Show more

Btw, there are about 13% total of all African-Americans in this country.

That number includes babies, children, and others who are not old enough to vote.

So African-Americans alone did not put President Obama into office....Show more
