What are the differences? Just about everything.
A Clinical Medical Assistant assists the doctor and may see patients to take their history and vitals. They may also run interference with the patients by returning phone calls, taking messages, and following up on requests.
Medical Admin is running a medical office
Medical Billing & Coding specialists send bills to patients and to insurance companies, ensure that the doctor using using the proper codes, and maximize billing by using proper codes (there's way more to it than this in reality). Each procedure gets a code, the code is then used to determine the cost you can bill to patients or insurance.

Nothing much, in my opinion. I went to school for medical assistant and was taught a little bit about medical billing and coding. I started in a Pediatrician's office as a medical assistant and handled the triage and assisting the doctors. But after a year and learning on the job I became the Billing specialist and handled coding. Another 5 years and I moved up to Office Manager and handle accounts receivable and payable. So I've done it all. There's not much difference if you show an interest in it and try to learn. Most of what I know I learned while on the job.

no distinction fairly. that's in all likelihood a manner of having greater money from you for the education. lots of the important education is on the job. ask the college what the adaptation is.
