When we start to get mad, we say "Knock Knock"...not like a knock knock joke! But we were on the verge of splitting up, and he came knocking at my door being so apologetic and sweet and we just held each other and cried & expressed all of our deepest emotions. It was a beautiful moment. So anytime we push each other too far, we bring out the Knock Knock.
