Where to find a 3/4 sleeved-mini dress like the current ones seen today on celebrities?

For my sweet 16, I am doing a night out in the city. I need help finding a perfectttt dress, and I imagined something 3/4 sleeved mini dress like something Jessica Alba wore to the preimere of Machete, or something like what Lauren Conrad wore to The Hills Series Finale. Any stores/websites? PLEASEEEE HELP.
