Cost of drilling 9/16 inch, 3 inch deep holes in concrete wall.?

These holes are needed to attach ledger board, for a deck. The 2x8 inch treated ledger board needs 1/2 inch bolts, every 16 inches. How much could I expect a professional to charge to drill this type of hole??

I have drilled the first 20, but it is very labor intensive and I thought a pro might have a special diamond drill or bigger hammer drill to make it go easier. A new drill bit every 4 holes is a bit expensive.

These 1/2 bolts are installed with epoxy mix.
I do hit rebar in the concrete from time to time. The other option would be to make the deck free-floating, with a double beam. But that means more concrete tubes for supports. Help!!

Not a lot, that type of job can be done quickly and easily. So expect to pay the builders minimum fee, which is usually about one or two hours of labor (30-50per hour depending on where you live). Don't worry about the cost of drill bits, most pros use higher quality bits (the ones I use cost about $40 but they will drill hundreds of holes.)

I undertook a similar project. You need a Hammer Drill and a 9/16" hammer drill bit. I bought a hammer drill on sale from harbor freight for $45.00. An appropriate bit was another $7.00 from Lowe's. After trying to drill the holes with a standard drill and masonry bit (like 10 to 15 minutes per hole), I was completely and totally amazed at how fast the hammer drill was at making holes (took like 20 seconds). It was totally worth the money, even if I never use that drill again.
FYI: I found in a subsequent project that drill will drill a 3/16 hole in concrete block in less than 2 seconds. Same hole took 90 seconds with a standard drill.

Drilling A Hole In Concrete

Not sure if a pro would even spare the time for a "small job" of drill a few holes, but i'm sure you could ask around maybe the hourly rate would be say $15 - 30 /hr
rent a SDS rotary hammer drill, and a masonary bit maybe? why didn't you attach the ledger board into the rim joist of the house? it would have been easier.

go to home depot and purchase a bosch bulldog rotohammer and the bit to drill your redhead anchors and drill the holes put tape on the shaft of the bit for depth . if you hit rebar move over or down , When you drill if the dust quits boiling out then its obvious your hitting rebar. Also some of the materials that the concrete plants used was from stone quarrys and you will run into a hard spot ever so often. If you go pro, better have alot of money its very costly.
