Should President Obama impose an Internet tax based on usage?
People that don't use the Internet would only be billed $20-50 per month whereas people that use it heavily daily to download movies, music, software or fore web surfing purposes (YouTube, FaceBook, Google, etc.) would be assessed $400-500 extra per month. The extra revenue would allow for redistribution of wealth to be implemented and provide for the less fortunate (both in America and throughout the world) to have free computers and Internet access.
This would be CHANGE and bring hope to those of us that only have crappy DSL connections (cuz theyre subsadized)

yes and he should also tax people for suggesting more tax. The more tax suggestions someone has the more money he will be taxed. How does that sound?
Internet has lowered the crime rate way down. Teenage kids with too much free time will be on the internet surfing instead of going outside and rob somebody and vandalize something. Internet saves money by lowering crime rate.
