here we go friend got horse on loan to stay at my stables she paid for the horse to be transported to my stables well halves with owner of horse 4 weeks later fell out with owner asked for money to be returned i managed to smooth this over and so she got to keep horse here then fell out with my daughter and told me to tell owner she no longer wanted horse which i did so owner told me she couldn't afford to get him sent back so soon so i honored the loan agreement as i felt it was my fault as i had placed the ad looking for a horse original loaner never came near horse for 5 days then settled the argument with my daughter and now wants me to contact owner saying she will look after him again but owner doesn't want her to as shes been let down by this girl twice and wants me to continue to looking after him i have taken out insurance on this horse as he has an on going illness i haven't the money to repay the loaner for transport as he was the horse she desperately wanted and got so where do i stand here as owner doesn't want any grief as shes unwell and i cant take much more of this what should i do i don't like hurting peoples feelings but i want it sorted please advise thanks no cruel answers please

I tend to agree with Pam. I don't think you need to be involved at all except for providing basic needs of the horse as the facility owner.. And charging accordingly. This agreement is between the horse owner and the lessor not you unless you agreed to be involved financially in the transport or the lease of the horse.. I would contact both and inform them to work this out and find out who's paying the board.. That might light a fire under them to get it straighted out.
Edit: If you haven't signed a lease agreement with the owner how can you be included? If you did then you screwed up in getting involved.

Im sorry but Im finding your question a little hard to follow due to the lack of punctuation, but if Im reading it right - I think the best thing you can do is tell the horses owner and the person leasing it to correspond directly and stop using you as a go between.
