On radio station WKCR(.org), they are celebrating by playing only Monk music for the entire 24 hours of his birthday. Are you going to listen?

PS- If yo listen to this station you should contribute when they have their rare fund raisers. The whole staff is volunteer, and they play music that you won't hear anywhere else on the radio.

Yes i know this but residing in the UK am unable to listen, it's nice to see the recognition of this great musician, (one of  the founders of bebop), being given the air time  in celebration of his work, should be more of this over here.
