PayPal sends me yearly required letters. Why is the name different?

Every year, I get their privacy, etc. letter, but although the email and details are correct, the name is not. I contacted PayPal and they said that the name doesn't matter, but I'd like to know WHY they can't fix this.
Anyone else see this or know how to fix it?

Hi Kevin,
actually I have - twice. They tell me to ignore the name and just read the letter (not in so many words).
