Having sex is something that comes naturally for humans (well, all species actually lol).. You don't have to be told anything. And if you want to let your bf know you are ready you don't have to use words (if you know what I mean). Next time you make out with him start getting more physical. If he puts his hands on you, guide them under your clothes and against your more private parts, and you simply do the same, that will speak louder than any words that you want to have sex. If he doens't get the hint there, whisper in his ear, something like "i want you", or if like talking dirty or want to really get to the point, say "f*** me" ;)
