Will you vote for Joe Miller now that the opposition knows he will win?
Alaska Senate candidate Joe Miller and his supporters are spitting mad today over an alleged accidental cell phone message on which Miller says reporters can be heard conspiring against him.
"We know that out of all the people that will show up tonight, at least one of them will be a registered sex offender," a voice can be heard stating on the tape, allegedly made during a rally held for the Republican last week. On the tape, individuals also appear to discuss the newsworthiness of a moment of chaos similar to the physical attack that took place at a recent Kentucky Senate debate.
Palin publicized the recording Sunday during an interview on Fox News Sunday. She told host Chris Wallace that the reporters, whom she identified as CBS reporters for local affiliate KTVA, favor Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski for Senate and will "stop at nothing" to see their candidate win.
"That's sick. Those are corrupt bastards, Chris," Palin said. "That is what's wrong with the media today when they have their chosen ones." Palin also told Wallace that she believed Murkowski's campaign had been instrumental in getting a well-known conservative radio host Dan Fagan's show pulled from the air over his campaign to flood Alaska's write-in ballot with names of candidates filing under the state's deadline so as to dilute Murkowski's presence on the ballot.
