Gift ideas for members of a polyamorous relationship?

My fiance and I are celebrating Christmas for the first time with a third partner (We are polyamorous, and our relationship is a triad). Since this is her first Christmas with us, I want her to feel as special and as much a part of the family as I did on my first Christmas with my fiance. I want to give them both a very special gift, perhaps something that will hold a bit of symbolism.

Does anyone with or without experience in polyamory have any suggestions? I thought of maybe a small, identical heart pendant (nothing super flashy or expensive enough to make anyone uncomfortable) for each of us, but I'd like to bounce around other ideas.

Uh, yeah, wouldn't that be akin to giving a cat a fur coat for Christmas?

I would suggest something specific to them, but something they can share often, especially if it somehow symbolizes either you or the union of the three of you. It really depends on the person we are shopping for. for example, if she likes flowers, you might get her something with three flowers all entwined. This would be even better if this was something you could make. You could use a blue infinity symbol in a red heart, but the symbolism you should go for should be something personal to each of you.

I seen a carousel once that was real nice. It was colorful strung glass. It balanced on a central pivot point on it's stand in such a way that if you removed any of the seats, the whole thing would topple over. This could symbolize the balance of equally meeting the needs of each of you while providing beauty and happiness to everyone who lays eyes on it.

These are just examples, in the end, you really need to focus on your partners and customize your gift to them. I wish you all the best love and happiness.

http://www.polycharms.com/ has some nice things specifically designed with poly symbolism, but are still subtle enough that you won't constantly be asked questions by outsiders.

Otherwise, I like your idea.
