What annoys you most about Christmas?

As it ask, what annoys you the most about Christmas?

For me it would have to be the repetitive songs, the hypocritical nature of a fair amount of people (The preach being good and stuff but if there's only one iPod left at that store, and someone else gets it, it's on), or the fact that it's become so commercialized that it has to be advertised starting in September at times.

When people ask me if I celebrate Christmas. Because I'm technically Jewish. but my mom is a non-observant Christian, so we just started having a tree at my house. During the holidays, I only get presents for Hanukkah. So i guess I somewhat celebrate Christmas but in a non religious sense.

I absolutely HATE having to explain this, haha. That's what annoys me

The commercialization, I suppose. The holiday... doesn't actually mean much of anything, anymore, does it?

My family (and I) isn't even religious, and we've always celebrated Christmas. It was always just the "time for presents, snow, and bright lights". It was nice, and fun, but it never meant anything. And as I'm getting older, it's just turning sour.

It's all about the money.

I agree with the girl above me. Luckily I haven't ran into too much trouble with fellow shoppers, but some can be terribly rude.

I also strongly dislike it when spoiled kids complain about a present they didn't receive, or that they deserved more. Be thankful!

Other than those it's my favorite holiday. :)

I love Christmas, but the worst part is the shoppers in the stores. They block the aisle, stop in front of you, chat with friends, get ticked when you say excuse me, I hate Christmas shopping. The rest of it is fine.

Having to spend money when I am already poor enough as it is. It also doesn't help that I'm not a Christian, and my family is. So I just refer to it in my head as "present day" and hope I get something.
I still do appreciate having the family together, bonding and whatnot just that it doesn't have that religious importance to me that it has for them.
