Always whenever my mom gives my dogs human food they get sick. I've told my mom to stop giving them soup, hamburgers, pizza, bologna, rice, and vegetables, but she just won't listen. She said because the veggies and rice are in some dogs food, the dogs can eat it. But I told her since they're carnivores, that they can't eat the same stuff we eat. But the weird thing is, they let out hair... and it's green?

All dogs are supposed to eat just plain nutritious dog food. Human food is basically like candy for children once they eat they wont stop begging for more. Human food has a lot of harsh factors that dogs are not used to and it can cause them to become severely sick. Just like human food a lot of dog food you buy at the regular stores are even worse for dogs. If you look on the ingredients of almost every store brand dog food you will see "Corn" or "Puree" in the first 6 ingredients. Which are both reasons your dog may poop a lott or be hungry all the time. Try telling your mother than only rice or whole wheat is the only thing you can give your dog, and go to your local pet store and ask them what kind of dog food they have doesn't have corn in the first six ingredients. It may be expensive to do this but it is the same way for children You wouldn't give your newborn a hamburger to eat would you?
One of my dogs (german shepherd) can eat almost any human food (chicken breast, roast beef/steak, carrots, bananas, etc.). My other dog (labrador retriever) has a sensitive stomach and can't eat any human food. So I guess it depends on the dog. Ask your vet for some advice - if your 9/10 week old pup has worms it could be from something else.
The pizza, bologna and hamburger have more fat than some dogs can digest. Dogs cannot digest vegetables unless the fiber is broken down by cooking until it is mushy, or running it through a food processor. That is the reason you may see pieces of undigested vegetable in the feces. Excess fat in the food can lead to problems with the liver and pancreas.
well dog food is mostly pretty healthy for a dog and human food for example hamburgers have a lot of grease and its the same with humans if you eat healthy for a month and then eat 2 pieces of pizza youll feel sick because your body isnt used to it... but rice is actually really good for dogs so thats ok
Sorry but dogs ore not carnivores they are omnivores. Human foods are for humans, thats why they get sick. If your mom insists on feeding the dogs human food then give her a list of things she can and cannot feed. I don't understand your 'green hair' reference
