when that happens the check engine light starts flashing then goes back off it stores p0300 305,306 even though the van has new plugs,coils and fuel injectors on 5&6 also changed fuel filter gas shot out of filter like crazy also replaced mass airflow sensor it has good exhaust out of the back .any ideas it has 148000 miles on it

The codes are misfire codes po300 is(random/multiple cylinder misfire) and the other 2 are telling you what cylinders and they are 5 and 6 both misfiring.Now if you replaced the plugs and coils as you said then it maybe in the computer.I had a taurus 2006 that had a recall due to a misfire and all they had to do was re flash the computer and it was gone.No have you clean the fuel system?Try running some sea foam in the fuel to clean the injectors it could be a fuel issue take 5 and 6 out and look at the and take out another plug and see if they are burning the same and you can try switching the coil to a different cylinder to see if it throw a code on a different cylinder and if it does then the coil is bad.

was your truck having these problems before or after the tune up and replacing cyl 5-6 injectors? If not double check your work

I have a great idea....Go to a mechanic and have the vehicle diagnosed instead of guessing and replacing one part at a time!
