European riders please explain to me how restrictions work.?

Age Vehicle
14 years - electrically assisted pedal cycle
16 years
- mopeds (up to 50cc must have pedals) and limited to 31mph
- cars. This applies to people receiving the mobility component of disability living allowance at the higher level
- small agricultural tractors
- small mowing machines or any other small pedestrian controlled vehicle
17 years
- motorbikes up to 125cc power
- cars
- large agricultural tractors
- small road rollers

To go bigger motorbike licence you have to pass an approved course.

For cars the only "restriction" I know is that if you pass your driving test in an automatic you cannot drive a manual or standard. But the other way around is OK....Show more
