Which Biolage shampoo is best for me?

I have oily hair, and the remainder of a perm. I plan on getting another perm in early 2011. My hair is very fine, and is falling out due to medicines and medical conditions. I like Biolage, and was wondering if the Strengthening Shampoo or the Rejuvenating Shampoo would be better? I am in my mid 30's. I wear a pony tail at night, so I do have breakage ( I see it on the band in the morning). And I have to clean the shower drain out every time I shower. I take vitamins just for hair, and I am not sure what else to do. The permed, oily, thinning, limp, breaking hair is the pits! Mom just cut my hair off from the middle of my back to my neck to help it she claimed, but I don't see much of a difference. I just want pretty hair again.

Marilyn,
When I shampoo, I do concentrate on the roots. I use less then a dime sized amount of shampoo.

I don't think that changing your shampoo will make the difference. If you are the type that sloshes shampoo around your head when you wash your hair, then you should try just taking a little bit of shampoo and washing the scalp only (this is the proper way to wash hair anyway). This may help a bit.

Also there is this stuff I used to use, called Anti-Snap by Redken. It's a tad bit expensive but one bottle lasts a while, and I also don't like using too many products in my hair but this stuff did a good job of preventing breakage.
