Do I need an ID to buy nicotine gun? I want to get a pack of the cheap 10 buck walmart brand to help ween of cigarettes. I am 19 but I do not have a form of state ID. I would probably be buying it in New Hampsire or Massachusetts. Thanks!

Nicotine gum is subject to the same underage laws as cigarettes in the United States. Whether or not you will need identification depends on the cashier you get, but they are legally required to ask for it.
I am not sure but I think you might be able to get a prescription from your doctor, but it might be easier and less costly to simply get some identification (you should probably have one regardless, they come in handy you know).
