Why do you young men wear your pants belted around your thighs?

I know JK we girls laugh at them like the clowns they ARE. I wonder if they know that we make fun of them and think their stupid instead of "cool". I'd like one of the guys that wear half their clothes on would answer this.

They all think it's "sexy" and "cool". It seems to them showing a little "meat" is something the ladies want. In fact everyone thinks they are idiots,dorks, and kind of annoying (at least where I come from). It's just "fashion" by the means of stupidity and common idiocy found in the everyday teen.
