Yogurt and fruit=bfast. Tuna salady stuff for lunch. Meat and veggies for dinner. Try yoga, it strengthens muscles and lengthens them too causing a slimmer appearance. Or eat what you want and run 2 miles a day.

You can read in my site about buckwheat diet - it is healthy diet, nutritious very much. You must choose healthy food, be strong from sweet and fast food temptation.Exercises at least 3 times in a week. Join club, or do exercise at home or take long walks.
