My aunt has been in the hospital for several weeks now and will not be returning for a while. As such, she told us to use all of the food in her house before it goes bad, and my dad brought home an ungodly amount of flank steak, and I have NO idea how to cook it or what I can do with it. Any ideas would be much appreciated! :)

Grill it, pan fry it, roast it, marinate it in French or Italian dressing Look up Carne Asada. As long as you slice it thin and across the grain and it will be a beautiful piece of meat.

mix up a box of stove top stuffing for either chicken cornbread it really doesn't matter which stuffing you use but do not cook it on the stove top just mix it all up with melted butter, water and then place it on the flank steak and roll the meat up around it to make like a jelly roll. bake for 1 1/2 hours or a bit more in a 350 degree oven. serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie. flank is also very good cooked in the crock pot, try putting it in the pot add 1/4 to 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce, a 15 oz can of tomato sauce and 1 lb of sliced button mushrooms, let cook 6-8 hours on low serve over rice or noodles. chop it into cubes and use it in chili in place of ground meat.
1/4 cup Olive Oil 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 1 fork full crushed garlic black pepper for flavor Combine all ingredients except for pepper. Blend with fork. Place steak on plate or baking dish and pour marinade over meat. Then cover with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge. Flip every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
