I think a few changes are necessary:
Banned:
-Monster Reborn
-Cold Wave
And maybe Giant Trunade, since it guarantees OTKs almost as well as Cold Wave does. Giant Trunade and Cold Wave provided nothing to the game except strengthening the power of OTK decks by making it so they have absolutely nothing to fear, while on the other hand help few other decks, as it's an inherent -1 and only matters when you're going for game.

Limited:
-Necrovalley
-Lonefire Blossom
-Dandylion (Maybe, maybe not. Lonefire definitely, though. Free any-plant-in-your-deck-at-all with only the cost of a Normal Summon? No thanks)
-Pot of Duality
-Gateway of the Six (people won't stop trying to build Six Sam or buying the new set if and older card gets Limited)
-XX-Saber Darksoul (X-Sabers are still broken, just not as broken as Debris right now. Regardless, this probably won't happen and we'll have to pay for it all next format)
-Pot of Avarice (Broken beyond words sometimes. In Debris or Formula Monarch, it is even better than Pot of Greed)

Semi-Limited:
No clue. I guess anything that might cause an OTK at 3 (like Dewloren did), but I haven't heard of anything yet.

Unlimited:
-Mystical Space Typhoon (Other than this, I don't see the need for anything else to be less limited than it is now. I mean, Tsukuyomi doesn't need to be banned, but does it really even matter?)

Also, SOMETHING needs to hit Blackwings. Konami has tried and tried to put the deck down, but it refuses to die.

EDIT: Never will I imagine to see the day when ROTA and D-Draw get moved down the list. D-Draw was brought back ONCE and proceeded to dominate a format. The same mistake will not be made twice, especially considering that Absolute Zero is already good enough to compete. We don't need to break decks while killing others.

Six Sams will NOT be hit too bad, maybe semi-limiting Gateway and United: Why hurt a brand new set? They wanna make money on it.

I can see Darksoul and Faultroll getting Semi-limited, maybe Emmersblasde too

Monster Reborn is getting banned

I'd like to see Whirlwind go to 2, it was just fine at 2

Cold Wave is gonna get banned, causes too many retarded plays to be able to go off

Heavy Storm will be back at 1, no one likes to play against a set monster and 5 back row >_<

I think Duality will go to 1, but I'd like to see it at 2. It's not too great IMO. And I'm also hoping it gets reprinted

Edit: Royal Tribute should friggin get banned, it's such an OP card

Edit again: Debris Dragon is getting limited, simple as that, and thats why Dandy will stay at 2

Six sams will be hit pretty badly, as they will so many tournaments in OCG. Blackwings may be hit even futher, along with parts of gravekeepers. However, gravekeepers are not that popular in ocg anyways, so at most maybe Royal Tribute will get semi'ed, at max limited. Pot of Duality would probably get hit, to semi or limited, but my guess would be limited. If you go on Shriek and look at the tournament winning decks, they are usually Blackwings, Six sams, or sometimes even Dandy varients, so I would expect those to get hit. I hope they can bring back some more common cards that can help balance other decks, such as warriors in general (ROTA, D Draw, etc).

First of all, those are good suggestions, but you have to know that the banlist is based on the OCG format, not TCG. If you look at OCG tournaments, its all about Six sams, they will get hit, as banlist is based on OCG, you wont see X-Sabers getting hit that much, since they are only good in TCG. Same goes with gravekeepers. Reborn is good as it is. Also, I was thinking about the idea of Heavy storm coming back, and cold wave getting banned, while I like the idea of Cold wave getting banned since it is pretty broke, Heavy storm is something too relied on, I learnt to try using alternatives instead, Nobleman of extermination, MST, Trunade etc.

Edit: @Izen,

O damn, i totally forgot about the absolute zero, light hero beat decks, lol. Silly me, regardless of what you say, banning trunade + cold wave is a No no, maybe banning cold wave, but other than that, no. Here is the reason, even with MST being unlimited, there will still be too much backrow stuff to deal with which will make the game much harder, and generally slower. Konami is trying to promote these fast otk decks for money, they only want to destroy the FTK decks, where your opponent doesnt even get a turn, which WILL make the game bad, as every1 will run it, and alot of people would quit. If you think about it, reborn is good as it is, since there are lots of special summons now anyways, I atleast think its better than Brain control, since it creates only a +1 for yourself, and not a +1 for ur self, and a -1 for ur opponent.

The TCG checklist constantly mirrors the OCG checklist and intensely hardly differs (the only occasion i will think of of in recent historic previous is Brionac, who we had at 3 for some weeks collectively because it became at a million in the OCG). that's the real checklist, as shown by potential of dissimilar sturdy sources, alongside with Shriek.
