I was accepted at my college of choice last year, I ended up not attending any college at all though, due to personal reasons. I will be attending this fall, will the college still have my info and transcripts, or will i have to re-apply?

Yes they still have your info but you're going to have to dress up nice and go there in person and ask them. Tell them you had a sickness in the family and unfortunatly couldn't attend but that everything is alright now and you are ready to go. Someone there will tell you exactly what to do. Be super polite.
