Will this help me lose weight and get ready for bikini season?
Alright. So here's the deal. I'd love to lose 20-30 pounds and get toned in time for summer. I already run like every day, but let me lay my plans out for ya:
Mondays: run three miles, stretch, ab workouts Tuesday: One hour kick-boxing, one hour yoga Wednesday: run three miles, Weight room, Abs Thursday: Kick-boxing, pilate/yoga Friday: Ab pilates, run three miles Saturday: jog two miles Sunday: Rest day
I'll be trying to eat 1300 calories a day, with my meals spread apart every two and a half hours, sound good?

Wow, for once, someone on the Y!A diet and fitness section who DOESN'T overexercise and undereat. Good job, you actually know what you're talking about.
Yes, this is a perfect plan layout. Do what you have here, and you'll be set. You'll probably lose all 20-30 pounds within a month to a month and a half. Good luck, and happy losing.
Id have to say that if you keep up a good diet this should certainly help you drop 20-30 pounds over a couple months. You've got a good mix of low intensity and high intensity workouts in there which is exactly what i needed. Just make sure to mix it up a little because sometimes you'll hit a plateau if you do the same routine day to day for a long period of time
Hon, you have a completely suited physique. you do no longer could desire to, and should no longer!, lose any weight. you seem such as you're a healthful weight, no longer too fat, no longer too skinny, suited shape (which isn't "pear", by way of ways. in case you have any shape, this is hourglass, yet do no longer project, your curves are not TOO reported.) And, FYI, i'm no longer purely asserting all this- in case you had to drop extra pounds, i may well be user-friendly and enable you already know. bypass rock that bikini!
