B&A: Improvising a Character Challenge - Part 2?

1) Yeah. God this is so embarrassing. See, my mom went through this sort of phase where she watched nothing but old movies from the 1950's and earlier after my older brother, Eric, was born. Well, her favorite movie is "The Outcast" and it starred some actor named John Derrek. She was obsessed with that movie and when she found out she was pregnant with me and my brother, she named me Johnny and my younger twin, Derek. *chuckles* Don't try to confirm this with my dad, he swears up and down he came up with the names.

2) I love to ride J.B. through the woods and I take him up to my friend, Kevin's to do some serious trail riding in the mountains. I like playing basketball, and I swim a lot in the creek but that's more a necessity than a hobby. The weather here in the summer is muggy. I can barely stand it. I like camping with my friends, brother and Bo, and sometimes we all play paint ball in the woods.

3) Well, I'd probably get up the nerve to ask Carley out and I'd take her out to my favorite spot by the creek and.. haha..too much info.

4) Nah, I don't play any instruments unless you consider air drums an instrument *grins cheekily* I like rock mostly, can handle some country but if you even try playing any of that techno or rap crap I'll knock you out, throw you in my pick up, and use you for target practice.

5) I'm outta high school. I work on the farm but I'm also an auto mechanic in town, working for Charley Leotta. No, it ain't my dream job, is it? *laughs* I'd love to own my own ranch but I know there ain't much money in that any more. Still, I'd rather have my brother's job, he's a park ranger in Garfield County.

6) Pff. Who wouldn't argue with a 17 year old lunatic sister still living at home? She's a right pain in my ***. Thinks she's a diva and wants to move to New York City. Ha, she thinks she can sing. Nah, we all get along just fine. Derek and me, we get along the best. Do just about everything together. He likes the outdoors like me. Elsey..eh..she's meant to be a city girl, so we don't see eye to eye, 'specially when it comes to chores. Ma, she's cool. She and dad go down to Colorado a lot to visit Aunt Nicky so me and Derek run the farm. We all get along well enough.

7) My buddy, Kevin Porter, was a jock in high school. We both played on the JV football team. He was the quarter back and was a bit of a scene stealer, if you know what I mean. He's a funny guy, likes to go mud boggin' in his pick up and when we get stuck in 15 inches of mud, we go down to my boss' shop and borrow the tow truck to pull it out. He has a thoroughbred gelding named Tanker..he's so old his butt whistles whenever he walks, no joke. We always ride to the creek to fish. He works in the local restaurant as a chef. He'll be leaving for college this fall so...won't see him around much.

8) My ex, Amanda, I met her through my sister. My sister hangs out with a group of troublemakers two counties over. Amanda's two years younger than me and she stopped by one day and I thought she was kinda cute. She said I could handle my horse well. She doesn't know **** about horses, actually, she doesn't really know **** about ****, does she? Eh. And Carley. *blushes* Went to school with her. I don't know. Always kinda liked her but never had the nerve to tell her. She's away in Boston for college. Maybe I'll stop by her folks when she comes home for Christmas.

- Yep. Kinda. It's not my dads name, but all throughout his family there's been lot's off Jason's.

2. What do you like to do in your free time?
- Study. And party. And make-out with my girlfriend.

- Probably being emo in a corner, thinking that my life sucks since I'm gonna die.

- I like classic rock and Hawaiian style music. And I used to play guitar, but I don't anymore.

- Right now, I work at my school's cafeteria. And I hate it. Do I need to explain that? And I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with my life.

- Meh. For me, my family's just... There. We're close, but not. You know?

- Travis, Conner, and Chris are my friends. I've known Travis since 1st grade, and Conner is his cousin who I met around 7th grade. Chris is my roommate, and we've been friends since we met. They're cool... They're good guys.

- I met Rose on my first day at campus. We went on a day a few nights later, and have been dating since then.

- Elephants. Don't ask why.

- I'm more outgoing than shy. I'm pretty mellow, and just kinda go with the flow. I like how I'm like that.

- My parents mother thought Fiona was elegant. Dad thought I should have something spunky. So, I got the first name, and Aurora as my dads choice as a middle name so he could call me Rory.

- Sarah is my best friend. She has been since 2nd grade when i met her. We argue...a lot. Maybe because were so much a like, I dont know though. Shes on the team with me. - Would you laugh if I said swimming? Yeah, I know. Miss super athlete hates even putting her feet in a pool. I almost drowned when I was little, so that kind of explains it.
