Help with Casio watch functions?

I found this casio watch of mine under my bed last night ans was wondering about 2 of the functions. The first says DT. I think it might be Daylight Savings Time but I'm not sure. The other is a separate part of the ST (Stopwatch) function. It says SPL. Any ideas people?

DT stands for Dual Time, can show time of another time zone. ST for stopwatch. SPL for split time.
