Why can't i get pregnant?

I'm 19 and my husband(21) and i have been TTC for almost 2 years!
Why hasn't it happened?!
Okay well here's my story:
I got my period when i was 9 and they were always regular. Every month on the same day i got it.
All of a sudden after got married on may 2009 my period became very irregular.
I got it very late or sometimes i didn't get it at all.
And now for the past two months I've had my period 3 times. They all last about two weeks and i have cramps but they are not that bad.
I have cramps here and there in between periods, nothing bad.
So two days ago I went to the doctor and she prescribed me with BC Loestrin 24.She told me its best i regulate my period. I was just wondering if this would be right for me.
I've never taken any type of birth control.
I'm scared that I wont be able to have children. Any answers will help.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

I don't see how taking BC pills will help you get pregnant. There are over the counter ovulation tests you need one of those to see when your ovulating and TTC then. Then if your OBGYN knows you TTC and gives you BC pills you need a new one because that makes no sense at all. Maybe with some help and a better dr you will have better luck.
