Currently, the men have BOTH the physical power, and THE MONEY MORE THAN the women. Some think if the money are equal, everything will be fine. Just came to mind that THE WOMEN must have a bit MORE money than the men so this compensates the physical power as well.

We have advantages in physical power, and ability to generate wealth, yes, as well as quite a few other things. But women's most important advantage may trump them all, at least in terms of quality of life and of who ends up with the benefits of men's hard work. Women gain the sympathy of others MUCH more easily than men do, resulting in greater protections for women, more assistance, lesser punishments, more privileges and opportunities, and a huge net flow of goods and services from men to women.
Men don't have all the physical power. Men may be stronger, but women have better fine-motor skills and flexibility. Our strengths and weaknesses compliment each other.
I'm a big believer in equal opportunity. Whoever works harder and smarter should earn more, regardless of gender.
Who says men and women should have equal power?? Women prefer men who are stronger and more dominant.
Are you talking about power in society, or in an intimate relationship?
In society, men's physical strength does not matter so much. In a marriage, who has money does not matter so much. The husband is stronger than his wife, so he can still dominate her.
No, I have never thought that. I have a demanding physical job in a factory, and have always out-earned my husband. I am also much stronger than he is, because he works in airport security.
I think you need to broaden your world, what you describe is not the norm.
