How do I mount an ISO file in Windows 7?

Everywhere I search on the Internet it is suggesting I download a utility. I'm almost certain I made an Ubuntu ISO image using a program that was already on Windows 7 because I didn't download anything. Is this possible?

If you made one already then why the question? A couple of programs I recommend using to mount iso's would be Magic ISO or Power ISO, these are really good.
