GW Bush said that prisoners could be held at GITMO indefinitely while waiting for trial/tribunal...LIBERALS WERE OUTRAGED FOR YEARS.
Obama signs an executive order that they can keep prisoners at GITMO forever...EVEN IF FOUND NOT GUILTY.
Granted, I was saying that we needed to give the prisoners a day in court...a military tribunal. But Obama wants to be above the jury/tribunal and keep people who are found not guilty.
Where is the outrage from liberals? From human rights groups? Where are the protests?

FYI...which for you liberals stands for a Fact You'll Ignore...the reasons we do not want terrorists in the USA are:
1. In a civilian court, evidence comes out that would put lives in jeopardy, so a military tribunal....and if they are on US soil, you nut bags would want them to have a civilian trial.
2. If they are on US soil, they do not have super powers, they have potential for attacks to get them out.
3. They are MILITARY PRISONERS, they belong in MILITARY CAPTIVITY.
All of that does not give BHO the authority to keep them in prison if they are found not guilty.

This is an absolute fact, and it is not within Obama's authority, though the fact that they are not US citizens probably means that this is not a felony like Obama committed by calling for the assassination of a US citizen without due process of law.
