I can't get motivated to lose weight why?
Any help no mean answers.. I wanna lose weight. But for some reason I can't get up to do it. I'm not over over weight I just wanna lose abt 20 lbs. I wanna know what can I do? Why is this

Lol this happens to everyone! I tryed starting my diet back in January, haven't lost any pounds. But this past week I've finally buckled down and I'm on a healthy diet and I've been running 20 minutes everynight and do 200 crunches a day. I'm starting to see some results, not majorly but little by little. It seems so hard but once you get used to it, it comes easily. Just find the motivation deep down and start, after a week it'll be good! And you'll feel better about yourself and for sure when you start seeing results you'll get a lot of motivation! Everyone goes through this, heck it took me 3 months! But you'll get it! You're not alone ;)

I personally knw what ur feeling it happens to all of us from time to time. It happens because your mind does not find an intrest in loosing weight.
The best way to overcone this is to motivate yourself or in other words find things that motive you. For example, music, try finding certain songs that motivate you or that get you in the mood to loose weight. Another thing you can do is try telling urself you need to do this. No matter what thougths come into ur mind reject them by reassuring ur self that you need to. Put loosing weight at the top of ur things to do and ur mind will act as if it is that important.
