At what point in time do we?

Hold the FDA accountable for all the pharmaceuticals killing people? Or do they no longer have to go through the Food & Drug Administration? What about all the problems that fast food companies are causing? Seems to me, there's 1 agency that we no longer need.

Not a question for the politics section.

Well, the Gop is really going to help that, by causing the reduction in FDA staffing with all their cuts?

The FDA is so under staffed right now, there is no way they can possibly evaluate properly all the new drugs coming out every year. Which is worse? One percent of bad drugs that kill a thousand people and is pulled, or keeping one percent of a breakthrough drug off the market another three years while the FDA evaluates it, letting millions suffer and or die from the delay?

Hard choice, guess it depends on which side of that question you personally are on?

The FDA could use some re-working to be far more efficient, but there are a lot of problems.

There is so many easy way's pharmaceutical companies can bribe them.

Yes, all drug companies have to go through the FDA, that is legally so.

It doesn't mean that some group of people in Canada or Mexico bring in some of their drugs, and sell them here.

That's what I'm saying! We should be allowed to sue the FDA if we are harmed by a drug they approved. I bet then we wouldn't see any more harmful drugs on the market.

We don't. We should just ban all medications because none are without side effects. All can be harmful. So, let's die of natural causes and not side effects! And while we are at it, let's not eat at restaurants or by food we did not raise ourselves. Let's be safe!
