Hello.
After paying for a vacation package at Walt Disney World, can you get a refund if you have to cancel your trip? If so, roughly how long do you have to cancel before you can't get your money back?
I've been to Disney several times, so I know its important to reserve early, but I've never been the vacation planner before.

If you cancel at least 45 days before your arrival, you receive all of you money back. If you cancel 44 days or less before your arrival, Disney will charge a $200 cancellation fee. They changed this last year. They used to have tiered cancellation fees but no longer.
The deposit required to reserve the room is $200.

You'd have to check and see what the cancellation terms are in the package you signed up for. Check the "fine print" or call them directly.
Such things are why it's a good idea to buy travel insurance.
