This happens everytime I'm turkey hunting. I get out real early and the toms are responding to my calls, then about 9am they stop gobbling. I know people kill turkeys after that time, even in the afternoon. What do you do? Keep making hen noises?

well if he gets hung up i cut and yelp real aggressive and then i shut up

I usually pack it in till next morning. Then I try next morning to get closer to his roost tree. I know some hunters here in Alabama, that think the kill is the most important, rather than do it right.
