How long does it take for meat to spoil?
I left some steak meat in a bowl of water to defrost.
I was too tired to cook it last night and forgot to put it in the fridge.
Its been out from 5pm to 10 am, 17 hrs.
Is it still good?

Personally, I would toss it even though it has been under water.
