Are there any art sites that allow children under the age of 13?
My sister (11 years old) recently got banned from deviantart for being underage, she has 2 years to wait, but in the meantime she wanted me to ask here if there are any art sites the let children under 13. She also requested if you could answer with ones that aren't too childish C:
