My sister (11 years old) recently got banned from deviantart for being underage, she has 2 years to wait, but in the meantime she wanted me to ask here if there are any art sites the let children under 13. She also requested if you could answer with ones that aren't too childish C:

LIE ABOUT YOUR AGE! It's one thing to lie, but it isn't necessarily exageratting. This isn't childish, but I joined deviantart when I was 12, and lied, and when I turned 13, I made a new account and forgot about the old one. What was the account name that your sis got banned from? If you make a new one let me know! I'd like to donate points!
