She does not want to work it out at all.I have asked plenty of times to go talk to someone and stay and work it out,she will and does not want that.So she moved out,little over a month ago.We have no paper work saying we separated.Just the lease she signed with the lady she moved in with.So i have moved on with things a little bit and gone out on some dates kissed some girls.One did leave a mark on my neck.My ex was telling me she would have liked to get a pick of it to use against me.Well i asked her how it was with the guy that she was talking to before she lefted,she tells me a week before she moves out that she has feelings for this guy.But yet she tells me she didnt move out cuz of someone els.So she wants to call the cops on me now cuz i was playing with are son and lefted a mark on his leg and didnt know about it,till later that night when she sends me a pic asking what happend.I was playing with him and didnt know i hurt him at all.he showed no signs that he was hurt.I told her how it must have happend and i didnt know and that i didnt mean it.that it was a accident.I did give her a paper telling her she had 30days to get her stuff out and get her own car inc too.She is being a pain about that cuz her time is up and im moving her stuff out this weekend to her rents place.
Live in Maryland.Any help and legal help someone can give would be so help full to me,dont want to loss my son or end up with some kind of record cuz she called the cops on me for dumb stuff
