Losing 10 pounds in a month?

Okay, so first off I am a teenager, & 4"8 (very short i know) and weigh 110-112.
this summer i am planning on losing 10 pounds or more, and i have a little over a month left to do so.
so heres what i have been doing :
DIET -
firstly, cut out all sodas & sweets.. on fridays i have a small chocolate bar, thats all.. & i ONLY drink WATER..
BREAKFAST - two scrambled eggs, sometimes buttered toast, and water.
LUNCH - something low in fat & calories.. cheese & crackers, a "Smart Ones" mean, a sandwich .
DINNER - Smallest & healthiest meal usually.. something like grilled chicken w/ a vegetable.

EXERCISE -
I do the treadmill everyday... i walk my first lap, run the next 9, and walk the last one. everyday i add an extra lap to run till i get to 3 miles.. which, i have 2 more to go till i am at 3 miles.
i do daily activities, such as walking around, riding my bike, jumping on the trampoline, cleaning my room, ect.

soo yeah. ! what do you think ? (:
thanks!

Eat normally. Please please pleaseeee eat a good amount of calories during the day! If you don't eat properly your body can go into starvation mode, and then chances are you'll rebound and gain weight back again, or just starve :/ At least add some more carbs and protein to your diet (Carbs are fast energy; they burn quick and keep you from "bonking" during exercise, and Protein helps repair muscles). Spaghetti or granola bars are great for carbs, and grilled chicken, yogurt, and eggs are good sources of protein.
Don't work your body too hard during the day; if something hurts, stop working it and rest. Injuries take a long time to heal and overworking your body is never good. Also, losing 10 pounds is good, but losing that in a month might be a little excessive, considering how small you are to begin with. I'd shoot for a smaller goal (5-7 pounds), and try to balance the rest during the next month. I say this because dropping a lot of weight in a short amount of time puts strain on your heart, stomach, bones, etc etc.
