As a person- If there was a camera around he would be GREAT! If there wasn't there's no doubt he'd be aloof and elitist. Most politicians are, but especially him. Count how many I's and me's there were in his Osama bin Laden speech. It's ridiculous.
President- Not at all. The health care bill is a disaster, a fact that he was well aware of. That's why most of it doesn't kick in until 2014; so he doesn't have to care about votes or approval. His handling of the debt ceiling is ridiculous. He treats it like it's an OPTION as to whether or not major cuts should be made. It's not just there to be like "Hey guys, watch out for me. I'm just gonna let you pass me though." It's supposed to be there to stop the debt from climbing ANYWHERE near it. Obama has failed America. I'd love to like him, but I can't.

Actually, I DO like him as a person. Coming from Illinois, I know there is very little negative stuff attached to his personal behavior. But as president, he has been an utter disaster.

As a person... I don't really know him personally, but he seems like a nice guy.
As a president, he is doing terrible. Between the failed Keynesian policies, the apology tours, his questionable past relationships, and his distain for certain Americans, he is not doing good.
