losing ten pounds in a month?
Okay so i am 3 months from being 14 years old, 4"8, and weigh 111..
I wanna lose 10 pounds by the end of summer, therefore I have 7 weeks to do so. I've been doing this since About thursday & have only lost 1 pound.
smaller porportion sizes, less junk food, no sweets, no soda only water, running for 40 mintues everyday, jumping on the trampoline everyday, riding my bike everyday.
if i continue to do this till the end of summer, do you think i can lose 10 pounds? i know if i lose 2 pounds every week i will be able to lose 14 pounds by the end of summer.. but can i lose 2 pounds every week by doing that?
